art.2 Race Number Marketplace
Foreword
For numerous reasons, some competitors who registered correctly decide not to come to the race. In this case the AMCM gives them the possibility of selling their registrations.
The methodology is as follows:
The person concerned must:
1) Find a replacement himself/herself. To do this visit the forum on the Medoc Marathon site in the section "Race number marketplace".
2) Inform the AMCM by post that he/she is backing out and enclosing the following documents:
- the original of the registration confirmation and the access coupons sent to him/her by the AMCM;
- a new registration bulletin with the names and references of the replacement;
- the medical certificate for the replacement.
4) Settle any financial arrangements directly with the replacement. The AMCM does not refund any sums.
On reception of these documents, the AMCM will:
1) process applications arriving before 15 August at the latest;
2) change the name of the person the race number is assigned to;
3) send a new confirmation to the replacement only containing the access coupons originally ordered by the person backing out.
art.3 Race numbers
