Cancellation conditions

Bib exchange: You cannot participate in the Medoc Marathon and want to resell your bib?

The organisation alone is authorised to buy it from you; it is forbidden to resell it on the Internet or by any other means to a third party.

Redemption deadline: June 30, 2027. Beyond this date, the Medoc Marathon will not make any redemption or refund (except pers. having contracted a cancellation package cf art. 17 of the regulation).

The amount of the redemption is set at €97 for the bibs. To resell your bib, please write to us at: dossard@marathondumedoc.com

Cancellation package

A runner may be required to cancel his registration in the event of serious illness, injury, commuting accident, death of his spouse, his ascendants and/or direct descendants.

By subscribing to the cancellation package, for €13, to be added to the registration fee, the rider will receive a refund for his registration for the race, on a flat-rate basis corresponding to the amount of his registration excluding additional services.

In this sense, proof must be sent to the Medoc marathon before September 4, 2027, by email or by mail (Postmark as proof), except in the case of death. No refund can be claimed in the event of failure to present a valid medical certificate.
